These are my regular rates. I offer special rates on occasion and on certain review boards. When in doubt, go with the lower rate. Of course, as always, if you have seen me at a different rate than what is listed here you are grandfathered in at that rate (no matter your age ; )
Duos are available with advance request. Rates vary (dpending on whom we choose as our third) and it may take a bit longer to schedule since three people have to coordinate a good time to get together.
