Hope that 2010 is going well for you so far. I've had a few challenges so far this year but I'm rallying and doing my best to bounce back ; )
I have lost 21 pounds and have been without tobacco (again) for 10 days. I've been getting to the gym, especially in times of stress. It helps with so many things like stress, weight loss, and over all health of course.
I am going to start using the calendar feature on this web site to show when I'm available and where I'm going to be, since I've been travelling so much.
My family has moved to Eugene so I'll be there more often now. I also hope to spend some time at home in Portland. I am missing it more and more when I'm gone (especially my ultra-comfortable bed ; )
